When using programme content via smart speakers (Alexa, Google Play), the "AMERICAN MARCONI WIRELESS NEWS" website is accessed directly. Our system automatically collects the following data from the computer system of the accessing device and stores it in log files:

According to the findings of the European Court of Justice in its ruling on the Privacy Shield (judgement in case C-311/18 "Schrems II"), the level of data protection in the USA is lower than within the scope of the GDPR.
